From the outset of your first notification of a claim to us our processes are designed to minimise the impact of the incident upon your daily routine. Immediately you will be allocated your own dedicated claims handler who will oversee your claim from start to finish. Whilst your vehicle is off the road you will be provided with if required, a “like for like” replacement hire vehicle for the duration of repairs or until a settlement cheque has been received in the event of your vehicle being a total loss. Included within this service is the free collection and delivery of your vehicle as well as the replacement hire vehicle to a convenient location of your choice.
Often the total cost of the claim will be recovered directly from the “at fault” party’s insurer and so you will not incur an excess or have your “no claims bonus” adversely affected.
