What is a no fault car claim?
A no fault car claim refers to an accident on the road where an identifiable third party is at fault. Most commonly the other party involved in a no fault car claim is another driver. In order to be considered ‘no-fault’, you must be able to prove that the third party is at fault. Therefore with the person in agreement that they are liable for any damage to your vehicle.
